Perak in dire straits

GEORGE TOWN: Perak are in deep financial crisis and they may not be able to fulfil their commitment to play against Lebanon's SAFA FC in the away match of the AFC Cup quarter-final tie in September.
Perak, whose players have gone without salaries for nearly four months now, have made appeals for funds to the state and the FA of Malaysia (FAM) but they have not received replies.
Coach Steve Darby yesterday said that withdrawing from the competition would earn the wrath of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in a fine and suspension.

Money wories haunt Perak
Sunday, July 20 @ 13:04:56 MYT by y4e (244 reads) |  KUALA LUMPUR (19 July 2008) – Perak head coach Steve Darby said that Perak's financial woes could see the Malaysian side withdraw from September's AFC Cup quarter-finals.
Perak qualified for this season's tournament by finishing second to Kedah in both the Malaysian Super Cup and Malaysia Cup last year.
They set up a last-eight meeting with Lebanese side Safa after finishing second in their AFC Cup group behind Singapore Armed Forces with a record of four wins, one draw and one loss.

Perak storm into last eight
Sunday, July 20 @ 10:22:33 MYT by y4e (170 reads) |  KUALA LUMPUR: AFC Cup 2008 quarter-finalists Perak and Perlis made it to the quarter-finals of the Malaysia Cup winning their respective penultimate group games on Friday.
Perak defeated former leaders UPB-MyTeam 3-1 which helped them move to second spot with 18 points and have a superior goal average over UPB-MyTeam, who fell to third position.
Ahmad Fakri Sharaani scored a brace while Chilean import Carlos Caceres added the third goal for Perak.

75% Hard work And Practise!
If You've Them Both, The Next thing you'll have to work on is Awareness.
With That, You Can Beat And Defender, or Read Any attacker's Mind and Get The ball!
Others will Mention There Are More Qualities,yeah. I know.

Perak bermain ok semalam.....
mula-mula agak buntu mencari gol.......
Gol pertama kira nasib gak...... sebab bila hardi rembat tersasar tapi sempat dikuis oleh fakri kena tiang kiri ATM dan gol...... kira gol pembuka semangat
Gol ke-2 larian dari tepi oleh caceras...... menggelecek seorang pemain ATM sampai tergolek...... menolok ke dalam gol dengan tenang......
Gol ke-3 hardi bawa dari tengah.....menggelecek 1@2 org pemain ATM...... terus rembat ke gol kiri ATM..... memang cantik.......

Perak's financial woes worsen

PERAK FA's financial crisis got a whole lot worse on Tuesday when it was learnt that Inland Revenue Board (IRB) had send it a letter requesting payment for an outstanding RM400,000 from the 1998 season.
According to a Perak FA official the letter from the IRB arrived on Tuesday.
"This came as a real shocker to us. Just as we are trying to solve our financial problems another crisis crops up," said the official, who asked not to be identified.
